According to SteelHome survey, China's major steel enterprises’ planned production of five steel products (rebar, wire rod, medium plate, HRC, CRC) in September 2025 are as follows:

Rebar (including round steel): the planned production of rebar and round steel is 13.752 million tons, and the average daily production is 458,400 tons, a month-on-month increase of 1.37%.

Wire rod: the planned production of wire rod (coiled rebar) is 7.49 million tons, and the average daily production is 249,700 tons, decreasing by 5.47% month on month.

Medium plate: the planned production of medium plate is 7.105 million tons, and the average daily production is 236,800 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 4.36%.

HRC: the planned production of HRC is 16 million tons, and the average daily production is 533,300 tons, increasing by 1.27% month on month.

CRC: the planned production of CRC is 3.534 million tons, and the average daily production is 117,800 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 0.95%.
